A popular chocolate candy store in the Dallas-Fort Worth area will close for good, according to its owner, Dylan’s Candy Bar.
The store, located in the 1600 block of W. North St., will close at midnight on Monday, according a Facebook post from Dylan’s.
It said it will offer free chocolate bars and other items from the store’s inventory.
It is the first time the chocolate candy bar will close in more than a year, said owner Dylan G. Brown, who said he has had to make a difficult decision to sell the business because of health and financial issues.
Brown said he plans to open a new store in a nearby town, where he expects to sell his remaining stock.
